Returns

The “Debenhams” brand has been sold by Department Stores Realisations Limited (in administration) (“DSR”) and is now owned by an entity that forms part of the Boohoo group (“Boohoo”). DSR has now ceased trading. DSR or the Administrators are no longer able to accept returns in respect to purchases which were made in store prior to 12 April 2021. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event you have purchased a faulty item you may be able to rely on a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).  Failing this, you may be able to submit a claim to DSR’s administrators by requesting a claim form from Case-DebenhamsSuppliers@frpadvisory.com in order to register an unsecured claim in the Administration process. Updates on the timing and quantum of any potential distribution to unsecured creditors will be provided in progress reports, a link to which will be provided on request.
