When will I receive my exchange?

In-store exchanges

On and after the 26th December 2020, exchanges will only be made to store bought purchases, where proof of purchase is present for faulty or misdescribed items, or items covered under warranty.


Exchanges can be processed immediately at any till in your local Debenhams store, for products bought online.


Online exchanges

All exchanges are sent once an exchange has been confirmed and will be sent on a timescale agreed with our customer service team.


International Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders.
